All Aroma Coffee Roasters, Inc. beans are  sun dried and cured, measured in kilos, and roasted in varied degrees to achieve the perfect roast experience. 

Single origin roasts

We only use single origin beans that are not blended with any other beans or regions. This allows us to roast and make true to taste coffee. 

Benefits of freshly roasted coffee

Fresh roasted coffee is never stale. Since we don't blend our roasts you get one varietal bean with pure taste. No chemicals. No additives. No preservatives.

aROMA Sunrise

Light roast - single origin

A Light Roast with balanced light flavor and roasted to the end of first crack and is light brown in color.  Sugars have been further caramelized, and acidity has been muted. This results in coffee with higher body, but some roast flavor imposed. This is considered the New England Roast.

goes great with muffins and light flavored pastries.

AROMA Sunset

Medium Roast - single origin

A Medium Roast with full body flavor and is roasted to the end of second crack with a medium dark brown color. Sweet flavors are prominent, aromas and flavors of roast become clearly evident. Little, if any, origin character remains. This is considered the City Roast.

goes great with chocolate flavored pastries and richer buttery croissiants.

Aroma Midnight

Dark roast - single origin

A Dark Roast that has a bold solid coffee flavor and is roasted to end of the third crack and is a rich dark chocolate color. Bittersweet flavors, aromas and flavors of roast become clearly pronounced. No origin characters remains  this is considered the Vienna Roast or Full City Roast.

Aroma Signature

Double dark roast - single origin

An Extra Dark Roast that is  roasted to the end of of third crack almost to burning point and is extra dark chocolate color, with an oily finish. Bittersweet bold flavors of roast become pronounced with and extra bold finish, no origin characters remain.  This is considered the espresso or French roast.

goes great with very sweet bakery items. raspberry pastries are pronounced with this roast.

Medium Roast - swiss water decaf

Our Swiss Water Process Roasted Medium, has no caffeine and a subtle flavor, no chemicals are added to decaffeinate the beans. Full of dynamic flavors and aromas and maintains the integrity of the bean and keeps the delicate origin characteristics intact.
